About

I am a junior at SMU with a double major in English with a Specialization in Creative Writing and Journalism. I am also minoring in Cultural Anthropology. I plan to author children's books that help boost the morale for literacy and cultivate the mindset of exploration from a non-biased perspective.

I am an editor for SMU's newspaper, The Daily Campus. I am also a RA in Upper Division Housing, Student Assistant in Dedman College Office of Diversity & Inclusion, and the Director of In Their Own Voices 2022-23 cohort, which uses the oral histories of SMU alumni of color to explore issues of race and ethnicity on campus.
